Why should I go to treatment?

Getter rehabilitative treatment is a way to clear your future of possible health problems, incarceration and worst of all, losing your family and those who love you.  Addictions are habits and every habit can be broken especially for the right reasons.  Getting treatment is enabling yourself a better life.

How much will it cost me?

Rates start at $800.00 - $1,000.00 which already includes meals.

What does your home do to prevent me from relapsing?

Most of the people at home are recovering addicts.  They know what you're going through and will help you take measures to stay away from a relapse  Your counselors will also be educating you about your addiction and how to cope with it.  However, the person who can prevent you from relapsing is YOURSELF.  When you decide to stay sober, you definitely can.  The entire home and staff at A Work In Progress will support you in staying sober.

What can I expect when I am admitted to A Work In Progress?

The environment is restrictive when it comes to alcohol and drug use.  We do NOT tolerate behaviors of addiction.  Even in the midst of alcohol and substance abuse restrictions, you can expect a whole home full of women who will help you cope with your addiction and guide you towards becoming sober.

Are there avenues for socialization and recreational activities in the home?

As a group, we will be participating in programs, activities and other events that promote healthier, better lifestyle choices for when one of our residents rejoin the community after the treatment program.  There is also a program that helps residents get ready for employment, finding a place to live and training for self-sufficient capabilities.  We help each other down the road of a drug and alcohol free lifestyle.
